(i) not to use the Websites to collect or store personal data about others;

Signing Up For A Subscription

in addition to one-off purchases, Deen and green offers consumers products that can be purchased through a subscription (“subscription”), which will automatically renew unless cancelled by you or us.

if you sign up for a subscription, the first payment must be received by Deen and green prior to acceptance of the subscription. once payment is received, Deen and green will confirm acceptance of your subscription by sending you an order confirmation email.

if you sign up for a subscription, the payment method you provide will be charged the relevant product purchase price every 30 days, or in accordance with the delivery option chosen at sign-up (“billing period”).

the product purchase price for your subscription will be the price you agree to at sign-up. we will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice of any product price increases during your subscription.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Your subscription will continue for an indefinite period of time until it is cancelled by you or us.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. if you do, you will not be charged for any future billing periods, but you will be responsible for payment for any products received prior to cancellation.

We may cancel your subscription at any time. we will notify you by email of such cancellation and refund you any payments made for products not received.
